JUDGMENT

 

Pursuant to s. 59 of the Supreme Court Act, the time to serve and to file the application for leave to appeal with respect to the December 19, 2024 decision is extended to February 28, 2025. The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-09-031214-240, 2024 QCCA 1731, dated December 19, 2024, and 2024 QCCA 1738, dated December 27, 2024, is dismissed.

 

 

 

JUGEMENT

 

Conformément à l’art. 59 de la Loi de la Cour suprême, le délai pour la signification et le dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel quant à la décision datée du 19 décembre 2024 est prorogé jusqu’au 28 février 2025. La demande d’autorisation d’appel des arrêts de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-09-031214-240, 2024 QCCA 1731, daté du 19 décembre 2024, et 2024 QCCA 1738, daté du 27 décembre 2024, est rejetée.
