JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Numbers CA50201, CA50202, 2024 BCCA 364, dated October 24, 2024, is dismissed. It is not necessary to consider the motion to file a lengthy memorandum of argument. In any event, had the motions been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

 

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéros CA50201, CA50202, 2024 BCCA 364, daté du 24 octobre 2024, est rejetée. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’examiner la requête pour déposer un mémoire volumineux.
