JUDGMENT
The conditional motion filed by Opaskwayak Cree Nation for an oral hearing of the application for leave to appeal is dismissed. The applications for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Numbers CACV4180 and CACV4185, 2025 SKCA 31, dated March 21, 2025, are dismissed with costs to the Water Security Agency and Saskatchewan Power Corporation.
