JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-353-24, dated January 23, 2025, is dismissed. In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-353-24, daté du 23 janvier 2025, est rejetée.
