The motion for certiorari and the motions to appoint counsel and for an extension of time to serve and file an application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500‑10‑003734‑074, 2008 QCCA 828, dated May 1, 2008, are dismissed. In any event, had such motions been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.
