| JUDGMENT
The motion to expedite the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion for a stay of proceedings is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the ruling of Fuerst J. of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, dated March 2, 2006, is dismissed. The order of Shaughnessy J. requiring the Attorney General of Ontario to pay the applicant’s legal costs is not applicable on this application.

JUGEMENT
La requête visant à accélérer la procédure de demande d’autorisation est accordée. La requête en arrêt des procédures est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de la décision du juge Fuerst de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, datée du 2 mars 2006, est rejetée. L’ordonnance du juge Shaughnessy exigeant que le procureur général de l’Ontario paie les frais de justice du demandeur ne s’applique pas à la présente demande.
