This appeal is to be heard with Globe and Mail, a division of CTVglobemedia Publishing Inc. v. Attorney General of Canada and Groupe Polygone Éditeurs inc. (33114) on October 21, 2009 and the schedule for filing and serving the material shall be set by the Registrar. |
