                                                JUDGMENT

 

The motion to hold the applications for leave in abeyance is dismissed. The applications for an extension of time are granted and the applications for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C43266 and C43267, dated July 17, 2006, are dismissed.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
