JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 0901-0116-AC, 2010 ABCA 217, dated July 7, 2010, is dismissed with costs.  In any event, had the motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d'appel de l’Alberta (Calgary), numéro 0901-0116-AC, 2010 ABCA 217, daté du 7 juillet 2010, est rejetée avec dépens.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accordée, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée.
