| JUDGMENT
The motion to add the East Prairie Métis Settlement as a party and the motions for leave to intervene by the Elizabeth Métis Settlement and the Métis Settlements General Council are dismissed without costs and without prejudice to their right to apply for leave to intervene in the appeal. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0703‑0275‑AC, 2009 ABCA 239, dated June 26, 2009, is granted with costs in the cause.
