JUDGMENT

 

The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador - Court of Appeal, Numbers 08/73 and 08/74, 2010 NLCA 35, dated May 31, 2010, is dismissed with costs to the respondent Heidi Scott and to be paid from the Estate of John Joseph Dicks.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador - Cour d'appel, numéros 08/73 et 08/74, 2010 NLCA 35, daté du 31 mai 2010, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée Heidi Scott et a être payé de la succession de John Joseph Dicks.
