The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 0903-0338-A, 2013 ABCA 163, dated May 17, 2013, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d'appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 0903-0338-A, 2013 ABCA 163, daté du 17 mai 2013, est rejetée sans dépens.
