The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Numbers CA039817 and CA039822, 2013 BCCA 352, dated July 26, 2013, is dismissed with costs.  The application for leave to cross-appeal is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
