The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-293-13, 2015 FCA 115, dated May 4, 2015, is dismissed with costs to the respondents Zero Spill Systems (Int’l) Inc., Katch Kan Holdings Ltd., Quinn Holtby and Katch Kan Rentals Ltd.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-293-13, 2015 CAF 115, daté du 4 mai 2015, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur des intimées Zero Spill Systems (Int’l) Inc., Katch Kan Holdings Ltd., Quinn Holtby et Katch Kan Rentals Ltd.
