JUDGMENT

 

The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-354-14, 2015 FCA 179, dated August 17, 2015, is granted without costs.  The appeal is to be heard with Chippewas of the Thames First Nation v. Enbridge Pipelines Inc., et al. (36776).

 

JUGEMENT
