| JUDGMENT The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and the motion to file an application for leave to appeal in respect of two Ontario Court of Appeal decisions are granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number M46329, 2016 ONCA 512, dated June 28, 2016, and Number M46527, dated July 8, 2016, is dismissed with costs in favour of David McLean and in favour of the respondent, the Children Aid Society of Ottawa. |
