The motion to stay the Court of Appeal order is dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1501-0302-AC, 2016 ABCA 343, dated November 9, 2016, is dismissed with costs to the respondents.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête portant sur le sursis d’exécution de l’ordonnance de la cour d’appel est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Calgary), numéro 1501-0302-AC, 2016 ABCA 343, daté du 9 novembre 2016, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur des intimés.
