The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 1601-0191-AC, 2018 ABCA 76, dated March 1, 2018, is dismissed with costs to the respondents, Toronto Dominion Bank, TD Canada Trust, TD Investment Services Inc. and TD Waterhouse Canada Inc.

 

 

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête diverse est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Calgary), numéro 1601-0191-AC, 2018 ABCA 76, daté du 1er mars 2018, est rejetée avec dépens  en faveur des intimées, Banque Toronto-Dominion, TD Canada Trust, Services d’investissement TD inc. et TD Waterhouse Canada Inc.
