JUDGMENT
The motion to seal and for other relief is dismissed. The application
for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of
Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C67041, C67042, C67043, C67044 and C67045, 2020
ONCA 198 and 2020 ONCA 199, dated March 11, 2020, is dismissed with
costs to the respondents Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Toronto,
Children’s Aid Society of the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, Children’s
Aid Society of the Niagara Region and Family Youth and Child Services of
Muskoka.
