JUGEMENT
La requête en prorogation de délai pour la signification et le
dépôt de la demande d’autorisation est rejetée. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si
la requête en prorogation du délai avait été accueillie, la demande
d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal),
numéro 500-10-006658-189, 2019 QCCA 889, daté du 13 mai 2019, aurait
été rejetée sur le fond.

JUDGMENT
The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the
application for leave to appeal is dismissed. In any event, had the motion
for extension of time been granted, the application
for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court
of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-10-006658-189,
2019 QCCA 889, dated May 13, 2019 would have been dismissed on the merits.
