JUDGMENT

 

The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C70244 and C70254,  2022 ONCA 825, dated November 28, 2022, is dismissed with costs to the respondents Justice for Children and Youth, Jesse Mark, Mary Birdsell and Emily Chan.

 

 

JUGEMENT
