JUGEMENT
La requête en sursis d’exécution du jugement d’appel est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Québec), numéro 200-09-010731-245, 2025 QCCA 629, daté du 22 mai 2025, est rejetée avec dépens. Il n’est pas nécessaire d’examiner la requête pour radiation de certaines parties de la requête en sursis d’exécution du jugement d’appel.
Le juge Kasirer n’a pas participé au jugement.

JUDGMENT
The motion for a stay of execution of the appeal judgment is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Québec), Number 200-09-010731-245, 2025 QCCA 629, dated May 22, 2025, is dismissed with costs. It is not necessary to consider the motion to strike certain parts of the motion for a stay of execution of the appeal judgment.
Justice Kasirer took no part in the judgment. |
