The motions for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal in respect of 2024 ABCA 406, to join the applications for leave to appeal from the decisions in 2024 ABCA 406 and 2025 ABCA 81, and to dispense with the printing of the application record are granted. The remaining ancillary motions are dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Calgary), Number 2401-0219AC, 2024 ABCA 406, dated December 12, 2024, and 2025 ABCA 81, dated March 5, 2025, is dismissed with costs.
