The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500‑09‑017835‑075, 2009 QCCA 1004, dated May 20, 2009, is dismissed with costs to the respondents Michael Prados Hollinger, Andrey Hollinger, Robert Torralbo and Sarah Kopyto Hollinger.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
