In any event, had such application been granted, the application for leave to appeal from the said judgment would have been dismissed with costs.

La demande de prorogation de délai pour le dépôt d’une demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie‑Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA032319, 2005 BCCA 550, daté du 3 novembre 2005, est rejetée avec dépens. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la demande de prorogation avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée avec dépens.
