                         JUDGMENT

 

The ancillary motions are dismissed and the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan, Number C.A. 1263, dated June 6, 2006, is dismissed with costs to the respondents Skilnick and Associates, Royal Bank of Canada, Penny Huntley, Dudley and Partners and Vern Jess.

 

 

                          JUGEMENT
