The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A‑600‑05, 2007 FCA 106, dated March 13, 2007, is dismissed with costs to the respondents Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, MTS Allstream Inc., (formerly Allstream Corporation) and Telus Communications Inc.

 

 

 

                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A‑600‑05, 2007 CAF 106, daté du 13 mars 2007, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur des intimées Aliant Telecom Inc., Bell Canada, MTS Allstream Inc., (auparavant Allstream Corporation) et Telus Communications Inc.
