                          JUGEMENT

 

La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie‑Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA031329, 2005 BCCA 476, daté du 23 septembre 2005, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur des intimées British Columbia Vegetable Marketing Commission et B.C.
