The appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Québec), Numbers 200-09-007911-123 and 200-09-007901-124, 2015 QCCA 78, dated January 21, 2015, heard on April 22, 2016, is dismissed with costs. Wagner, Côté and Brown JJ. are dissenting.
