La requête de la Chambre des notaires pour intervenir et poser une nouvelle question est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-09-020138-095, 2011 QCCA 1498, daté du 18 août 2011, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée.

The motion of the Chambre des notaires for leave to intervene and raise a new issue is dismissed.
