JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file an application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA038403, 2011 BCCA 199, dated April 13, 2011, is dismissed. In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA038403, 2011 BCCA 199, daté du 13 avril 2011, est rejetée.  Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée sans dépens.
