JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of New Brunswick, Number 6-11-CA, 2012 NBCA 27, dated November 30, 2011, is dismissed with costs to the respondent Shirley Ann Grant.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Nouveau-Brunswick, numéro 6-11-CA, 2012 NBCA 27, daté du 30 novembre 2011, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimée Shirley Ann Grant.
