La requête de la Commission canadienne des droits de la personne pour retirer son nom de l’intitulé est accordée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-171-10, 2010 CAF 292, daté du 4 novembre 2010, est rejetée avec dépens en faveur de l’intimé.

 

JUDGMENT

 

The motion of the Canadian Human Rights Commission to withdraw its name from the style of cause is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-171-10, 2010 FCA 292, dated November 4, 2010, is dismissed with costs to the respondent.
