La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéros 500-09-020014-098, 500-09-020033-098, 500-09-020034-096 et 500-09-020035-093, 2011 QCCA 1361, daté du 20 juillet 2011, est accueillie avec dépens suivant l’issue de la cause. Cet appel sera entendu avec Cinar Corporation, et al. c. Claude Robinson, et al. (34466), Ronald A. Weinberg, et al. c. Productions Nilem Inc., et al. (34467) et Claude Robinson, et al. c. France Animation S.A., et al. (34469).

 

JUDGMENT

 

The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Numbers 500-09-020014-098, 500-09-020033-098, 500-09-020034-096 and 500-09-020035-093, 2011 QCCA 1361, dated July 20, 2011, is granted with costs in the cause. This appeal will be heard with Cinar Corporation, et al. v. Claude Robinson, et al. (34466), Ronald A. Weinberg, et al. v. Productions Nilem Inc., et al. (34467) and Claude Robinson, et al. v.
