JUDGMENT

 

The motions to appoint counsel and for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C47434, 2009 ONCA 915, dated December 22, 2009, are dismissed. In any event, had such motions been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

Les requêtes pour nomination d’un avocat et en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, numéro C47434, 2009 ONCA 915, daté du 22 décembre 2009, sont rejetées. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si les requêtes avaient été accueillies, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée sans dépens.
