The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion to appoint counsel is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Prince Edward Island Court of Appeal, Number S1-CA-1236, 2012 PECA 12, dated July 5, 2012, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie.  La requête pour la nomination d’un procureur est rejetée.  La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d'appel de l’Île-du-Prince-Édouard, numéro S1-CA-1236, 2012 PECA 12, daté du 5 juillet 2012, est rejetée sans dépens.
