The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Quebec, Number 500-36-006438-124, dated November 2, 2012, is dismissed without costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La requête pour nomination de procureur est rejetée.
