The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA039032, 2012 BCCA 397, dated October 9, 2012, is granted without costs.

 

JUGEMENT
