The motions of the applicant and the respondent to file lengthy memorandums of argument are granted.  The applicant’s motion to file an annex of 6 pages with the reply is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Québec), Number 200-10-002839-129, 2013 QCCA 952, dated May 29, 2013, is dismissed without costs.
