The motions for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and for dispensing with compliance with the Rules of the Supreme Court of Canada are granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, Number CA 415797, 2013 NSCA 113, dated October 8, 2013, and all ancillary motions are dismissed without costs.
