| JUDGMENT
The motion to file a joint application for leave to appeal is granted. Pursuant to subsection 43 (1.1) of the Supreme Court Act, the case forming the basis of the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of British Columbia (Vancouver), Numbers CA039893 and CA039894, 2013 BCCA 326, dated July, 10 2013, is remanded to the Court of Appeal of British Columbia for disposition in accordance with Sattva v. Creston Molly (35026).
