JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file an application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Number 500-10-005000-110, 2012 QCCA 1142, dated June 15, 2014, is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgments of the Court of Appeal of Quebec (Montréal), Numbers 500-10-005000-110 and 500-10-005343-130, 2012 QCCA 1142 and 2014 QCCA 681, dated respectively June 15, 2012 and April 4, 2014, is granted with costs in the cause.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel du Québec (Montréal), numéro 500-10-005000-110, 2012 QCCA 1142, daté du 15 juin 2012, est accueillie.
