The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1303-0047-A, 2014 ABCA 238, dated July 22, 2014, is granted.
