The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia (Vancouver), Number CA041927, 2014 BCCA 374, dated September 23, 2014, is dismissed. In any event, had such motion been granted, the application for leave to appeal would have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de la Colombie-Britannique (Vancouver), numéro CA041927, 2014 BCCA 374, daté du 23 septembre 2014, est rejetée. Quoi qu’il en soit, même si la requête avait été accueillie, la demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait été rejetée.
