JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to file an amended notice of application for leave to appeal is granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador - Court of Appeal, Number 15/04, 2015 NLCA 6 and 2015 NLCA 8, dated February 16, 2015, is dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT
