The motions for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and the response to the application for leave to appeal are granted. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Numbers C51500, C52618 and C52619, 2015 ONCA 278, dated April 24, 2015, is dismissed with no order as to costs.
