JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the response to the application for leave to appeal is granted. The motion to seal certain documents is dismissed. The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal of Alberta (Edmonton), Number 1403-0200-AC, 2015 ABCA 199, dated June 8, 2015, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la réponse à la demande d’autorisation d’appel est accueillie. La requête pour sceller certains documents est rejetée. La demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta (Edmonton), numéro 1403-0200-AC, 2015 ABCA 199, daté du 8 juin 2015, est rejetée avec dépens.
