JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-180-15, 2016 FCA 5, dated January 12, 2016, is dismissed. Had the motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal been granted, the motion for an extension of time to serve and file the reply would have been granted. The application for leave to appeal would then have been dismissed.

 

JUGEMENT

 

La requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel de l’arrêt de la Cour d’appel fédérale, numéro A-180-15, 2016 FCA 5, daté du 12 janvier 2016, est rejetée. Si la requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’appel avait été accueillie, la requête en prorogation du délai de signification et de dépôt de la réplique aurait été accueillie. La demande d’autorisation d’appel aurait alors été rejetée.
