JUDGMENT

 

The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal and the motion for an extension of time to serve and file the reply are granted.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Federal Court of Appeal, Number A-266-16, dated November 9, 2016, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT
