The motion for an extension of time to serve and file the application for leave to appeal is granted.  The motion to join the applications for leave to appeal is dismissed.  The application for leave to appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, Number C57524, 2014 ONCA 28, dated January 14, 2014, is dismissed with costs.

 

JUGEMENT
